Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Thailand

Battery swaps logged station by station, with the health of each pack.

We record every battery swap at delivery-rider stations, with the pack's state of health, so fleet owners and station hosts know what is in circulation.

From first scan to payout

  1. Register pack

A pack is given an ID and its first health reading.

  2. Swap

Old and new packs are scanned at the station.

  3. Read health

The battery's own management data is stored at each swap.

  4. Settle

Hosts and fleets are paid from the swap record.

One swap record, three readers

Pack health

State of health is logged at each swap, and a weak pack is flagged before a rider takes it.

Station settlement

Hosts are paid per swap from the same record, with no monthly reconciliation.

Fleet view

Fleet owners see how many packs each rider uses and where packs drop below the line.

Station hosts ask

Do you sell batteries?

No. We record packs that hosts and fleets already own.

How is health measured?

The station reads the pack's own data at each swap. We store that reading, not an estimate.

Can a rider see other riders' data?

No. A rider sees only the packs they used.
